Registration:

Please ensure you click on the appropriate link to complete your registration.

Attendee Registration: For all attendees and affiliates (affiliates include faculty, associations, publications, and importers/exporters).

Registration Verification Process Notice: All registrations will initially be pending and placed in review for show management to ensure that only qualified industry professionals attend. A full confirmation and payment receipt email will be sent once the review is complete and the pending registration has been processed as confirmed.


Exhibitor Registration: For all individuals associated with a company exhibiting at the show.


Registration Rates:

Pre-Registration: $30 (by April 24, 2026)
Onsite Registration: $50


Registration includes access both show days to all exhibits, keynotes, sessions, and demos.

If you are a restaurant or lodging member of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association or another supporting association, please contact them directly to receive your promo code for a free member registration.

Editorial Press:

All editorial press personnel are eligible for a complimentary registration. Please email Press@NewEnglandRegistrationBarShow.com with full press/media credentials and request for approval.

Non-Exhibiting Suppliers:

Companies/individuals that sell products and services to restaurants/bars are required to be Exhibitors in order to participate in the New England Restaurant & Bar Show. Any registrations made by Non-Exhibiting Suppliers will be denied and cancelled.

NOTE: New England Restaurant & Bar Show is a business-to-business event and not open to the general public. Individuals must be directly involved in the Foodservice industry to attend.

Students:

Culinary/Hospitality students (who are 18 years or older) may attend for free if they are with educators/faculty organizing a group visit that is approved by both the school and show management. Please email Info@NewEnglandRestaurantBarShow.com for additional information and to start the approval process.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Registration fees are non-refundable, and the sharing of badges is not permitted. However, substitutions may be made at any time prior to picking up a badge onsite.
