Exhibiting companies should ship their materials to the Advance Warehouse where possible, as this will ensure that the materials are delivered to their booths at the start of set-up. Advance Warehouse deliveries should arrive NO EARLIER than February 26th and should arrive NO LATER than March 21st. Details on shipping to the advanced warehouse are posted in the Exhibitor Services Manual.
If exhibitors are unable to ship far enough in advance to ship to the Advance Warehouse, then they need to ship directly to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center to arrive NO EARLIER than March 28th, any shipments delivered prior to March 28th will be turned away as our General Services Contractor setting up the show will not be at the building to receive shipments. Due to the many data protection laws in place across the many countries and states we serve, as well as the privacy we promise our customers, we are unable to provide attendee lists.
You are able to rent lead retrieval systems from our registration company, which enables you to easily collect data on attendees in your booth who agree to let you scan their badges.
Please Note: Show Management never sells our attendee data, so if you are approached by any companies claiming to be able to sell you our attendee data, pretending to be show management, they are criminal enterprises trying to steal your money, under no circumstances should you respond to these solicitations.

The show does not currently have an automated meetings program in place. We will be working with our exhibitors and attendees this year to determine how best this might be put in place in the future.
You are strongly encouraged to reach out to prospective customers and offer them your complimentary registration code to attend the show and give them information on the new products and services you will be showcasing.Buyers tell us every year that the #1 reason they attend a show is to find new Products & Suppliers, and that they are more likely to stop at an exhibitor’s booth if they have received information in advance of the show. You will have a much more valuable experience at the show if you contact your customers and prospects prior to the show.
If you are a contracted exhibiting company from outside the USA and any of your personnel who will be working at the show need a Visa Invitation Letter, please send a detailed request by email to: Info@NewEnglandRestaurantBarShow.com.
You will need to provide the following details for each person:
Full Name
