Founder , Meli
Samara Oster is the founder of Meli, the first American beer made with a 100% quinoa grain bill.  She began developing Meli while earning her MBA at MIT and has since grown the company from concept to commercial scale. A Harvard undergraduate, she spent much of her career in the luxury retail industry, where she developed deep expertise in brand building and customer experience. She launched Meli in her home state of Massachusetts in 2024, and she is now focused on expanding the brand's presence across New England and beyond. Meli has broken boundaries within the beer industry through innovative brewing techniques and unique branding, leading Samara to be named to both the SevenFifty Daily's Drinks Innovators list and the Imbibe 75.
