Ryan Dion, Chief Executive Officer of RAVentures Hospitality, has been a key figure in the success story of 110 Grill, a brand he co-founded in 2014 with developer Robert Walker. Under his leadership, 110 Grill has expanded to 41 locations across multiple states, with a growing presence from the Northeast to Florida. Apart from his role at 110 Grill, Ryan also manages the operations of RAVentures Hospitality Group's other brands.

Ryan’s contributions have not gone unnoticed, as he has been honored with prestigious awards such as the "Restaurateur of the Year" by the Massachusetts Restaurant Association in 2020 and the "Business Leader of the Year" by the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce in 2017. His commitment to excellence was further recognized in 2024 when he received the Raphael Oliver Leadership Award from the Massachusetts Restaurant Association's Education Foundation.

110 Grill stands out for its award-winning allergy commitment and modern American cuisine, offering a top-notch dining experience. Prior to founding 110 Grill, Ryan was a General Managing Partner at a privately held upscale casual restaurant company with locations in five different states.  He holds degrees in business and hospitality from the University of New Hampshire and lives in Westford, Massachusetts with his wife, Hilary, and two sons.
