Paul Wahlberg

Chef & Reality TV Personality , Wahlburgers

Originally from Dorchester, MA, Chef Paul Wahlberg grew up surrounded by the flavors and traditions that sparked his passion for cooking. With over 40 years in the restaurant industry, he honed his craft in some of Boston’s top kitchens, including The Charles Hotel, Westford Regency Hotel, and Bridgeman’s, before launching Alma Nove and Wahlburgers restaurants.

In 2010, Mark, Donnie, and Paul Wahlberg, along with their partners, opened Alma Nove, a waterfront Italian-Mediterranean restaurant in Hingham, Massachusetts, named in honor of their mother. The following year, they introduced Wahlburgers, a chef-driven burger concept known for its premium ingredients, house-made condiments, and heartfelt hospitality. The brand quickly gained national recognition, becoming the focus of the A&E reality series Wahlburgers and expanding both nationally and internationally.

Beyond the kitchen, giving back is a core value for the Wahlbergs. They believe in supporting and staying actively involved in the communities they serve, contributing to organizations such as the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the YMCA, military initiatives, food banks, and hunger relief efforts. Whether cooking for fundraisers, mentoring aspiring chefs, or partnering with local organizations, Paul and the Wahlberg family are committed to making a positive impact.

Today, Paul serves as brand ambassador for both Alma Nove and Wahlburgers, connecting with the communities.
