Nicole is a Divisional Sales Vice President at Martignetti Companies with 26 years of experience in the beverage industry and a lifetime rooted in hospitality. Known for her people-first leadership style, she has built her career by embracing new challenges. Now in her 11th role at the company, Nicole consistently delivers results for both suppliers and restaurant partners.

Throughout her tenure at Martignetti, Nicole has developed and led innovative supplier strategies that began locally and evolved into national best practices. Her leadership bridges supplier strategy and restaurant reality, creating value across the entire industry.
