Michael Minichello
A proud graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York, Michael Minichello’s career has spanned both small, independent restaurant groups, and large corporate brands. He has served as Director for renowned companies including Legal Sea Foods, Not Your Average Joe’s, and Tavern in the Square. Throughout his career, Michael has led organizations ranging from those with annual revenues of $10 million to large, multi-location chains with over $200 million in annual gross sales. He has successfully grown companies from just two locations to as many as 32 nationwide, demonstrating his ability to drive expansion and scale operations effectively. He currently oversees TimeOut Market in the Fenway a 25,000 sq ft food hall with 15 Restaurants and 2 Full Service Bars.
