Jimmy Coon
Jimmy Coon leads and oversees the design, equipment sales, and construction services team at TriMark United East, the region’s largest foodservice equipment and supply distributor. Jimmy has over 25 years of industry experience specializing in restaurant construction, overseeing the planning and execution of hundreds of new restaurant builds throughout New England. Jimmy's leadership focus is to drive the highest quality touchpoint of TriMark's services to our client’s key stakeholders by proactively identifying challenges and develop solutions in the face of a new restaurant opening. His priority is to deliver a high sense of knowledge and expertise in equipment products and services throughout the project life cycle and be a key resource well after a restaurant opens.
Jimmy has held a construction supervisor's license for over 30 years and holds several industry certifications, such as Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP), and Commercial Hoods and Ventilation Systems. Jimmy is also a proud board member of Christopher's Haven, "a home for kids when cancer hits home." Jimmy and his family live on the South Shore of MA, where he loves to paddle board.
