Jim Rudolph
Jim Rudolph is Founder and Managing Partner of Rudolph Friedmann LLP, a Boston law firm of 20 attorneys. The firm represents primarily business clients and has a number of areas of expertise including hospitality and restaurant matters, business litigation, business divorces and stockholder disputes, construction law, real estate law, and corporate governance. The law firm handles all aspects of its restaurant and hospitality clients’ legal transactions, including leasing, asset purchases, financing, liquor licensing, construction, and employment issues. Personally, Jim has been involved with the Massachusetts Restaurant Association (MRA) for many years, and has been elected as a lifetime Board Member.
Jim has served on and has had leadership positions on numerous boards in Greater Boston including Associated Builders and Contractors, the Anti-Defamation League, Eastern Bank, The Governor’s Academy, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD); North Shore Chamber of Commerce; Swampscott, Marblehead Boards of Appeal, and Swampscott Board of Selectmen.
