Derek Swartz is the Vice President of Operations of Aramark Corporation with Fenway Park, JetBlue Park, and the MGM Music Theater. He has been with Aramark for over 25 years holding various roles with increasing responsibilities within the food and beverage, facility services, and retail operations.  

Derek has a strong MLB background as a key partner for Aramark at Shea Stadium, Camden Yards, Angel Stadium, and Citi Field as well as project lead for Aramark at Super Bowl 49 and the 2008 Olympic Games

Derek currently lives in Southborough, Massachusetts, with his wife and three children, Sadie, Maggie, and Nolan.  When not working he enjoys time with the family, going to live concerts, and golfing.
