ACF Epicurean Club of Boston
The ACF Epicurean Club of Boston is the oldest professional chef’s organization in the USA founded in 1894 and the largest in New England. We are a local chapter of the American Culinary Federation, and we are also members of the World Association Chefs Society, which is the largest professional culinary association in the world. The mission of the organization is to educate its membership to a higher degree of proficiency in the art of cooking, to promote the culinary profession and professionalism in all culinarians, and to aid in the education and advancement of young culinarians through means of scholarships.
