Our flagship product is 100% Acorn-Fed Ibérico Ham (Pata Negra) — widely recognized as the highest grade of Ibérico pork and often referred to as the “Wagyu of pork” due to its exceptional marbling, depth of flavor, and unique texture.

We work closely with chefs, restaurant groups, hotels, and specialty retail stores across New England.

In addition to distribution, we offer live Jamón Ibérico carving experiences for private events, corporate gatherings, and culinary showcases — helping restaurants create unique, elevated guest experiences.
