Thats why in creating the perfect Arancini, we understood that to create a perfect Arancini we needed to create a process in which consistency, quality and flavor are never sacrificed.  We are proud to say we have done just that.  

Through our proprietary manufacturing methods we have honed the skill and expertise it takes to reproduce the art from that is the Arancini.  For Digrazzi, our Arancini’s are a labor of love and to us love is best shared together between friends and family, just like our Arancini’s.
