Dan Souza is editor in chief of Cook’s Illustrated, as well as an on-screen test cook chef and science expert for America’s Test Kitchen and the host of the popular YouTube series What’s Eating Dan? He’s a frequent guest on Good Morning America, The Drew Barrymore Show, The Today Show, and various NPR programs. After cooking in restaurants in New York and Boston, he found his true calling: helping people make great food. Dan will be joined on stage by Erika Adams, the editor of Eater Boston, the city's leading news source for information about where to eat and why it matters. Her work has been published in a variety of media outlets including Food & Wine, New York Magazine, Atlas Obscura, and the Business of Fashion.
