Who Should Attend?

Anyone involved in the running of restaurants, bars, and foodservice establishments from New England looking for the latest products, services, and technologies such as but not limited to: Restaurant Owners; General Managers; Executive Chefs; Bar Managers; Purchasing Managers; Caterers; Corporate Management; and F&B Directors.

The New England Restaurant & Bar Show is open to trade only and not open to the general public. Individuals must be directly involved in the foodservice/restaurant/bar industry to attend. 

How Much Does it Cost to Register?

Pre-Registration is $30 (by March 28, 2025) and Onsite registration is $50.

If you are a restaurant or lodging member of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association or another supporting association, please contact them directly to receive your promo code for a free member registration.

What are the Acceptable Methods of Payment?

All major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard and VISA) are accepted.

What are the Refund, Cancellation, and Substitution Policies?

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Substitutions may be made anytime prior to picking up badge onsite.
  • Sharing of badges is not permitted

Will Badges be Mailed Out Before the Show?

Badges will not be mailed. Bring the confirmation email you will receive upon registering with you to the onsite registration desk at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in room 052A/B outside Hall C to scan the barcode and receive your badge.

Are Children Allowed to Attend?

Due to liability, no one under 18 years of age will be permitted on the New England Restaurant & Bar Show exhibit floor at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances. This includes infants and toddlers. Absolutely no strollers or infant carriers (worn or carried) are permitted at any time on the New England Restaurant & Bar Show exhibit floor.

Show Management reserves the right to request proof of age from anyone at any time. Photo ID is also required for age verification when picking up badges. This rule is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions to this policy. This rule applies to all exhibitors and attendees.

Registration of anyone under 18 years of age is unauthorized and in violation of these policies.

How Do I Make Hotel Arrangements?

To make it easy for attendees and exhibitors coming to Boston, MA, for the show, we have arranged a special rate at the Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport. Deadline to reserve is February 28, 2025.
