Join David Stanbridge, the 2024 James Beard Award Winning Best Chef in Northeast, as he works with one of his favorite ingredients, the invasive green crab. These crabs are invading the local eco system all up and down the New England Coastline and causing all types of havoc.
The good news? They are delicious, so we can literally eat our way out of this problem.
Chef Stanbridge will prepare a Green Crab Bouillabaisse and a Green Crab Stock that you can add different kinds of seafood to. He will also demonstrate just how versatile these crustacean invaders are and how you can use them in many different applications in the kitchen.
